The Omega Youth and Development Foundation, Inc received its exemption from the Federal Income Tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code on November 3, 2010. The organization is exempt from the payments of Florida sales and use tax on real property rented, transient rental property rented, tangible personal property purchased or rented or services purchased. The organization’s Consumer’s Certificate of Exemption number is 85-8015688542C-0.



Mission

The mission of the Omega Youth and Development Foundation includes raising the economic, educational and social levels of the residents of Florida who are substantially unemployed, underemployed or whose income is below federal poverty guidelines; expanding opportunities to residents and groups to empower, build human capacity, educate and improve communities by developing citizenship skills for the successful operation of the its youth; aiding, supporting and assisting by offering gifts,, contributions to other corporations, community chests, funds and foundations organized and operated exclusively for charitable, religious, educations or scientific purposes and to engage in such other activities that are within the scope of Section 501c 3 of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended of the corresponding provisions of any future United State Revenue Law.
